Metrics for choosing a better qualified Governor:

Who is Number One Self-Funded Candidate?

Who has ZERO Corruption Policy?

Who will get things done, Right and Fast?

All Candidates talk a great deal, but can they back up what they say? How do you know?

Easy: Check their achievement record!

  1. Look at their net worth amount and assess if it's impressive or not.

  2. If it's any good, See how they got it - through hard work, inheritance, corruption, politics, etc. (only the [hard work] one has merit)

  3. Look at their career: a. Are they job hoppers or they did something for a long time (longevity and stability is a good thing, but depends). b. Have they enterprised or run a business (a plus) or worked for a government (long term government employee is usually negative for political office - at a minimum it is a lack of initiative for this type of job. So a 20 or 30 year military, police or fire fighter employee, while good on record, gives very little credit to the elected office. Exception to that could be a military general, who operated an army in war conditions. But even in this case, the money is not his to spend, but from the Taxpayers, so frugality in budgeting needs to be learned somewhere else). c. Are they Career or Forever Politicians? Even Second term may be too Long sometimes. How many times/terms they have been elected prior to this one? If it is more than two or even three already, you may be digging yourself a hole, if you try them again, even if it's a new role - because then they become job hoppers and careerists - not good. d. Are they Attorneys? If the answer is yes, run as fast as you can (the only exception to that is if they are seeking a legal job, like attorney general). And I am talking about attorneys that run their own business. If they did not even run their own business, it's even worse. Here is why. Those, who practice law, have a different mindset, kind of tunnel vision. They are sort of like doctors of Left or Right nostril. They are not suitable for general management, as they are wired differently. And this is just one thing. The other, more important one is that they view everything through the prism of "legal or not" first, before they do anything about your wellbeing and then they worry about not getting sued all the time. And if you check around, most governors, presidents, senators, etc are attorneys and that is why it is all screwed up. Attorneys are running the United States. Their laws are cunning.
